Need help w/ Rescue

Posted: Jan 31, 2013

Ladies and gentleman,

I've come here because I just had a ting in my brain from up above that the lord wants me to post this here of all places.

I am working with a local animal rescue in my area, Reptile Rescue of the Carolinas and we need serious help.  We are doing wonderful things caring for sick, injured, and unwanted reptiles that people would just "throw away. "  Even if you hate reptiles, all animals have equal place before God, and should be cared for.  We have been having luck rehoming many animals,  but our funds are drawing low and we could use any help you might give.  Every single donation is appreciated greatly,  be it $1 or $1000. The link to the website for donation is below.

I appreciate you taking the time to read this and havea Blessed day.

I agree with you, all God's creatures should be cared for. I believe no life should be thrown away. I am a supporter of the ASPCA on a monthly basis. If you have not already, you may want to contact them for financial support, they do good work. Also, again if you have not already done so, make a group on Facebook, you will reach a lot of people that way. With your permission (and after checking out this charity and it's works of course), I would like to pass on your post and the link to some of my friends who love animals as well.

It is interesting that I've been visiting this site since 2002 (I think, there was a previous owner as I recall), and in all that time I may have visited the Faith Board a half a dozen times or less. Hmmm, God works in mysterious ways.

God bless you for caring! We have been adopting rescue horses for years. Abused, neglected, ill, it doesn't matter. After care and medical attention, and most of all love, they bloom again and there is nothing more gratifying than to watch a once lame, under weight, frightened horse gallop around the pasture, head held high, coat shining with their life and confidence restored! God created everything he made in and with love. The book of Revelation says "and all creation will rejoice and worship Him". Animals (and reptiles as well) will surely join us when this world is renewed and God's kingdom will contain all living creatures, big and small, and what joy will fill our hearts! Thanks for your post! It reassures me that there really are some good people left in this world where it seems that hate, abuse, and lack of love for anything good prevails these days! I will pass your site along to all I can.

Fell asleep last night 10 minutes before the end of the show.  What I'd like to know is who died.  Was it Lou or was it the other 5?  I'm not sure if the show will be on again.  Love the show and will miss it.  ...

My Brother To The (eBay) RescueApr 18, 2014
Sell stuff on eBay!  Etsy!  Amazon.com!  Wave of future!  Etc etc etc.... I signed up with eBay (again), start getting those emails about how easy it is to sell stuff, so EASY to upload pics, write description, discount, etc...OVERwhelming. So my brother comes over, sees the stuff I'm making, and says nonchalantly, "I bet I could sell that on eBay."  (He sells stuff on Amazon AND eBay).  And I was like, "oh you could, could you?"  So he had his camera, t ...

Brown Stands By Supporting A Tax-subsidized Golf Course Over 9/11 Rescue Workers. Jan 19, 2010
State Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA), the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate special election on Tuesday, voted on Oct. 17, 2001 to deny financial aid to Red Cross rescue workers who had volunteered with 9/11 recovery efforts. As a state representative at the time, Brown was one out of only three legislators who had opposed the overwhelmingly bipartisan measure. As ThinkProgress reported on Saturday, at the same time Brown was voting against the 9/11 rescue workers bill, he sponsored House Bill 4 ...
