It's know as the "Maha Mantra" (see msg) - SM
[ In Reply To ..]Hare, Krishna, and Rama are 3 names of God, and the mantra is said, either quietly in contemplation or outloud (either to onesself in meditation or in a group in a form of worship) as a devotional to God.
Just filling a "void" on an otherwise rather quiet board. :-)

I was wondering exactly what kind of "faith" board this is. The poster, Catherine, in the Jesus is Coming thread felt this was the "wrong forum" for posting one's religious beliefs while another posterior in that thread says that this "faith" board is meant to be all inclusive meaning persons of all faiths can post their beliefs here.
