There have been so many depressing postings thatI wanted to give you all a laugh. PA dictating a family history: " Patient's mother is at the bedside. She is alive and well". (Well, thank goodness for that!) AND ALSO: This is an ASR report: "The patient came in with acute decay" (I assume DKA 'cause I don't know if they can fix decay! )
