Today was my first day typing for a new ESL doctor. I had already felt like pulling my hair out at 2 previous dictations over 9 minutes long each. So, when I came across one less than 30 seconds... I was quite happy.
Only... it started out as "Buttocks Injection Note."
[face palm]
I don't know why it took me so long to realize... he was saying "Botox Injection Note."

Well, I'll be darned if I don't have a LITERAL pain in nether region these days and was hoping someone who has experienced what is apparently coccygitis might have some pointers for me.
