1099 from Precision Transcription - Rokenold

I was an independent contractor with Precision Transcription from 2/24 to 10/24. I have not yet received a 1099 from them and have had no success contacting anyone for help.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Any suggestions for solutions welcome!  I don't want trouble with the IRS for sure.
