The truth is, if you have the courage to watch the hearing, the police were begging all day for help, which finally came from Pence, in defiance of what Trump wanted, who was watching and loving it.

It is no "vendetta" at all, it is the fact that Trump incited this insurrection and reveled in it, and this insurrection was incredibly violent and harmful to the law officers and everyone who was there that day.

I tried to see if there was any regret, any sign of turning around on the faces of those in the Capitol with the MAGA flags. Nope, just glee like children in a candy shop. Would you do that?

I can't imagine treating even the building, much less those inside guarding our representatives and those representatives, with such utter disrespect and disdain.

There is no defense of that.
