and lawyers, etc. It's the smaller businesses that will be affected.

Many of the smaller businesses who have been in business for 30 plus years want to sell and use the money they make for their retirement. Now with the higher taxes, it will cut into their retirement. But like I said, the larger corporations aren't affected by this.
