The link below is to VAERS, the FDA's vaccine safety reporting site. If you've had a reaction to any of the COVID vaccines (or any other vaccine for that matter), report it here. You can do it yourself; it does not require going to the doctor and incurring an office visit/documentation charge. This is part of phase 4 clinical trials, the post-approval safety monitoring stage.

J&J was paused for the same reason as AstraZenica - blood clots. This is not a "minimal" reaction. The vast majority of reactions reported for Pfizer and Moderna are, indeed, "minimal" and no different from what one would expect with most other vaccines - flu-like symptoms for 24 hours, injection site pain and mild skin rash (not anything like shingles) at the injection site.
