Making a point - Risk-Benefit ratio

Of course it's a personal choice for those who don't want to be vaccinated just as it is for those who do. Apparently there are fringe groups who have posted pictures of their vaccine cards on line, which is a really stupid thing to do. I don't think it's being done to shame anyone, it's just people being people. I remember when people were doing that ice bucket challenge and posting it all over the internet. Now, everyone else who chose to get the shot are being labeled communists. FYI, there is more than one Anonymous that posts on this board who doesn't appreciate the name calling. There are going to be side effects and a lot of the information being presented is anecdotal. In the beginning some of it was fake news intended to scare people. After I got my vaccine, I came home wondering if I was going to make it through the night based on what I had read until common sense won out. I have a close relative with advanced RA who got the Pfizer vaccine and had minimal side effects, and also a coworker with MS who had no side effects at all. Why it affects people differently is a mystery. Why they didn't stop Pfizer or Moderna and pulled J&J is unknown. Maybe the scientists saw a trend that was getting worse. A blood clot is much more serious than shingles and it would have been gross negligence to continue giving people the vaccine.
