What didn't happen at the scene nor in the trial - Truthhurts

Harris is in her glory. Now her bill she cosponsored from last year will now pass because no politician will want to say no right now. I can only hope McConnell will hold up on it for now until things cool down...if they do, but knowing the radical left in Congress, they won't stop.

Floyd was being arrested for trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill. He cried "I can't breathe" while IN THE POLICE CAR, and so he was taking out of the car. No one saw the video on the body cam until the defense showed it at trial. All the protesters saw was him kneeling on Floyd's neck.

THey also forget that he did resist because he was loaded with fentanyl and I forget the other drug, had a bad heart, and asthma. Do cops have to ask a criminal if they have a disease before arresting them? Not yet.

Seriously, Chauvin was guilty of manslaughter but not murder because I don't think he intentionally wanted to kill him.

A comment on another site stated maybe they should only have black cops attend to black crimes. Good idea! A dispatcher can ask what race the criminal is before sending a cop...or how about having a black and white cop and allow the black cop take the lead in these cases.

The jury took only 10 hours and ? minutes to come to the verdict. Could it be they were intimidated by the riots or were they afraid their names would leak out and they'd get the same treatment that others have...painted pavements, doors, garages with nasty words, a pig's head on a stick, rocks through windows, and more.

The state made Chauvin a guinea pig because they were tired of the riots. Sure, Floyd died but it definitely wasn't murder. Murder is an intentional crime by someone. Manslaughter is unintentional.

Oh, and did you know that back in June last year, the other 3 cops that were there were charged with The aiding and abetting murder, according to criminal complaints filed by the state of Minnesota. Ridiculous!!! They stood there and could have stopped it but Chauvin was their superior, plus they were watching the people to make sure they didn't do anything. That's Keith Ellison for you.

AG Garland is making it worse by opening an investigation into the whole department.
