Question for white people - sm

Posted: Apr 19th, 2021 - 2:04 pm

News outlets are saying:
Chris Cuomo said police reform won't happen until 'white people's kids start getting killed'

Question for white people: Is this true?

I'm a white person. When I hear about people (of any race) who resist arrest, start a fight with the police, and get killed in the process I say good for the police. I feel like the person resisting arrest put self, the police, and innocents in the community in danger. I don't believe they deserved to die, but I feel that any necessary force used by the police in that situation was appropriate.

In a nutshell, I disagree with Chris Cuomo.

Why do the people who riot when someone is killed while fighting with the police disagree with me?

Do you not feel the arrest was warranted? That's fair. But isn't that something the courts should decide?
