Those with sworn affidavits testified and gave details of what they witnessed to be illegal activity in handling of the ballots and processing the vote count in PA. These were well versed individuals with prior experience in how ballots and vote counts are supposed to be processed and accurately safeguarded as defined by the Board of Delaware County of Elections. What they saw wasn't anything like that.
One of them was a forensic computer scientist with expertise on security and fraud issues. He presented very compelling evidence. I don't believe the election was allowed to be a fair and honest one. I think the courts are reluctant to be put in the position of having to rule on a case that could potentially overturn an election. Can you imagine the uproar and calamity!!
So, whether the Supreme Court finally takes the case or not, we've all lost in one way or another going through this whole experience.
