Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against releasing the Green River Killer on parole, to save him from getting COVID. One vote short of releasing a man who kill dozens, and is still not an old man. Pennsylvania, land of voter fraud. Not quite as bad as Chicago.

How could they tell if a ballot has actually been submitted legally, or by someone else now?

As a side note, my brother has voted in many union elections. You had to be positively identified by the person working the door. But I guess voting for assistant union secretary is more important than voting for President of the United States.
