Pres Trump isn't ruling out - immigration

He just wants it done legally, well managed, and on a merit basis. That way, when someone applies to enter our country, they will have a plan to support themselves and their families, and not a plan to rely on taxpayers for everything from a place to live, food to eat, clothes to wear, healthcare, etc., etc. Those resources are already earmarked for our neediest American citizens.
