Hello, I actually did not even realize that anyone had responded to my post until I happened to sign in today and look. I typically get notification emails for responses to my threads but I did not this time. But my color issue for my HP printer is fixed also. After I put that post out, that afternoon I called HP and was able to actually talk to a person (after googling, how to talk to someone at HP LOL). A gentleman remote signed into my computer and fixed the issue, and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He did not try to charge me for tech help even though my printer is at least 2 years old now. But the issue was with the drivers. But it is all fixed now and I thank you all for your suggestions! Take care.
