Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Note the words" PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE and then to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Did you forget to put the word 'peaceably" on purpose in your statement? You cannot change the wording in the Constitution. Maybe you should memorize it so you get it right?
Where does it say "and riot, loot, and destroy businesses" as part of the grievances? It doesn't. All those that broke the law by the rioting and looting should be arrested and fined plus make restitution of the true value of what was destroyed.
