He's positively giddy about the prospect. Money and control--what could possibly go wrong?

I had flu in the 1980s. Sick as could be for two weeks, and puny-feeling for another 10 or so days.

I have never gotten a flu shot. I've also never had flu since then. Maybe it's because I come from a long line of people too mean to get sick. Maybe it's observing commonplace protocols if flu is making the rounds.

Remember "Invasion of the Body Snatchers?" That's what this is becoming: Human-appearing zombies ratting out those who've avoided zombie-ization.
