It all started when Tina Marie Lythgoe noticed a man at a protest shaking a harmless puppy by the neck to get attention on live TV. She offered a $500 reward to the whereabouts of this puppy & the name of this man. In her quest to find the puppy, she was told the puppy was dead and strangled. She wanted to confirm if this was true or not....
