Police officers are rarely ever charged - anon

with murder. But this video clearly shows this cop is not bothered in the least bit that he isn't following proper police procedure in restraining a suspect. In fact, he appears quite calmly intent on continuing to exert pressure on the man's neck for several minutes thereby cutting off his ability to breathe. The media reports by the time medics arrived the man was "passed out." No, he was probably already dead from asphyxiation. This is the most gruesome act of brutality I've ever seen by police anywhere. I don't see any defense possible for this senseless killing - over an alleged forgery involving 20 dollars? My gosh..

The damage and destruction will probably continue, especially after this cop gets off easy and the other cops who did nothing to stop him go free.
