There apparently were 4 cops on the scene while the incident was taking place. These were nothing but thugs, hiding behind a police badge, feeling empowered and brazen enough to commit a homicide all while being videotaped. I've got to wonder what else these so-called police officers had been up to around their city before being fired. The horrified onlookers probably felt they'd be next if they tried to intervene..
