We just use olive oil and wine vinegar on the salad, then sprinkle some dried oregano on it. If you like raw onion, slice some up and throw them on there. It really adds to the flavor.

Hint for when making tuna salad and such: Add some red wine vinegar to stretch the mayo. I promise you won't need more than 1 TBS of mayo if you do that, maybe even less.
