some Mrs Dash or something like it mixed in and also use fresh herbs when I can get them -- cilantro, dill, basil -- those types of herbs. I also use avocado oil instead of olive oil, just for a little variety. Sometimes when I want something a little more creamy I will add nonfat Greek yogurt. I have to say that it took me a while to get used to this though because some salad dressings taste so good, but I now prefer it to anything ready made.
