Cuomo said it's a drop in the bucket. They need more, at least $18 billion. They're getting 3 or 4 new hospitals built by the government. A hospital ship will be docked to take on patients. So sad. They never bothered to prepare for emergencies by having stockpiles of emergency supplies. Now they're having a fit because evidently they don't want to share respirators, masks, ventilators, etc. Now they're blaming this administration???? Give me a break.
