What News Source is This From - Possibly inaccurate

It might not be a trusted source but yet another person trying to cause panic. There are all kinds of legal implications to something like this; a DNR order has to be in place, and many states have Right To Life laws, in other words they need consent. This opens facilities up to all kinds of lawsuits and they are at fault for not being able to furnish enough ventilators or proper medical cate.
