Actually - This is what I heard him say

What I heard him say was that he wants to open the country back up at Easter because the United States was never meant to be a closed country and health officials are trying to get him to change his mind. Trump has never been very good at filtering his comments, so take it with a gain of salt. Apparently Americans have some kind of natural immunity and none of this is going to slow us down.
