Cuomo passed on buying 16,000 respirators in 2015 which would of cost over a half billion to the state, but he poured $750 million in state assets on a solar energy project called the Buffalo Billion, a program rife with corruption, so much so that Cuomo’s top aide was convicted in federal court for bribery and corruption charges. Think the media will ask Andrew about this when the Wuhan Flu sweeps through NYC?
