2.5 billion in emergency funding to the HHS. I guess to Schumer that's not enough, but hey, Trump will take more.

NIH funding this year is $41.68 billion, a total of $11.6 billion more funding since 2016, a 38.6 percent increase. CDC also is at record funding.
