I got my info from DOJ. That info is widely available if you know how to research. If however, you're research impaired you can submit a foia request to get those numbers yourself.

As for politifact and snopes, I don't use those. I prefer factcheck.org, a completely non-partisan organization. As an Independent voter I prefer my facts to be facts, neither left nor right.

Now, do you really need me to define "minions" for you? Here's a hint, I'm not talking about characters in a movie.
