with nonbailable offences. Many of the people who are released on personal recognizance show up. As far as illegal immigrants now showing up, you'd have to get the statistics from ICE or Homeland Security to know how many don't. Straight-up petty/nonbailable crimes, I'd say the majority do show. Your argument doesn't hold water.
