I would have to say no. Trump obviously is NOT listening to his advisors. If he was listening to them he wouldn't be firing them every other week as he's done for all of his presidency. It's pretty clear that he fires everyone that he disagrees with.
The Dems would say that's because he's immature, has a fragile ego, and can't handle people who disagree. We can't know for sure if those characterizations are true. Regardless, they don't matter.
What does matter is that the country is doing really well right now even though Trump isn't listening to his advisors. That means Trump is doing good for the country without outside help!
