fair. When the accused cannot interview the accuser, it is not fair (6th Amendment). When the accused cannot cross examine the prosecution witnesses, it is not fair (5th Amendment). When the accused is charged with a non-crime, and treated as a criminal, it is not fair.
Trump has been denied due process. His Constitutional rights, as delineated by the Bill of Rights have been trampled by a House led by Democrats that believes he is UNDER the LAW.
Imagine....just imagine....what the US Government will do to us poor taxpayers if the Bill of Rights means nothing to them anymore.
If they can do this to Donald Trump, POTUS, we have nothing left.
