on the app to vote this way. There is a lot of awareness now of making this sort of data hacker proof. I know my state has taken strict measures. People will also need to be pre-registered to vote this way and will probably have a preordained security code or more than one security identifier. The folks who run elections are not stupid people. They know the threats and are taking measures to see that as little fraud as possible happens, if any.
