A woman who identified herself as Waters was also tricked into making a statement about the environment of the imaginary island of "Chunga Chunga."
In 2017 Vovan and Lexus pretended to be the Prime Minister of Ukraine and discussed Russian sanctions with a woman they identified as Waters.
