They told me to wait until next year's insurance kicked in, where my deductible would reset. I asked for a cash price. First they looked bewildered that I would ask such a thing. Then they asked why would I pay cash when I can wait and have insurance pay for it.
That’s a mindset that has to change. That's why costs will keep going up until people start caring.
