So, now you are blaming a Dem for expressing his opinion that a vote is not necessary, and you think he feels that way because he is an ignorant immigrant and probably never learned constitutional law???. Also, you think young Dems don't like rules and regs unless it furthers their agenda. Well, I've got to say that Donald Trump doesn't like rules and regs either because they seem to always get in the way of what he wants to do. The truth is, there is no constitutional mandate that a vote needs to be taken to start an impeachment investigation, which I believe is proceeding pretty swiftly, even with the obstructionist Pubs refusing to appear or to furnish documentary evidence. I think the Dems made exactly the right move by proceeding with investigation first, but you can't handle that truth can you? Personally, I think it was a brilliant move on the House leadership's part.
