That includes hand guns, not just AK-47 or AR-15s. He wants any guns that are semi-automatic, which includes some hand guns. Yet what they forget is they are attacking most law-abiding gun owners. They're not going after the REAL illegal gun owners -- those that get their guns from the black market or steal them from legal gun owners.

The "buy-back" is a load of crap, too. He needs to word it differently because it's not a buy-back. It's a bribe. How many illegal guns will the government be able to get via the bribe? Not many. Probably guns that aren't working or have a flaw like a back fire, or jam all the time? Criminals will never turn in their guns except for that reason. Easy money in the pocket for "junk" guns while the good guns are still used for drug dealing and violence.
