I'm a Dem and have lots of Dem friends and family, and not one of them dislikes the constitution. In addition, I would like to see gun laws become stricter as to what types of guns people can own as private citizens, and that they need to apply, be background checked, and have a waiting period before being able to obtain a gun from all sellers including gun shows and private sellers too. It might be a bit more involved than the present way of buying guns, but we would be safer without guns in the hands of people who shouldn't have them. Better safe than sorry. If people fall within the gun law guidelines, no one's guns are going to be taken away.
