The slavery issue needs to be traced back to the very beginning.. The Africans in Africa sold their own people to the British as slaves. Did you think that the white man went into African and captured them? No.. the tribe leader sold them.. So now, the question is, why should white people, who have never owned a slave, nor their parents, nor their grandparents, be held responsible to pay money to black people, who have never been a slave, nor their father, nor their grandparents. They should charge the continent of Africa for selling them to start with..
