Most Democratic lawmakers are NOT hiding their so called "gun confiscation" agenda. It's always been there. Yes, some candidates would like to see stricter laws regarding automatic and assault style weapon sales. So do lots of Americans. Laws will be passed and detailed guidelines will be developed about what constitutes "automatic weapons," etc. Not to worry. These types of weapons are totally unnecessary in this modern age. We didn't just break from Great Britain and need to arm our local militias any more, which was the original intent of the "right to bear arms" law. Gun laws need to be modernized. Gun lovers need not worry. They'll still be able to have most of their beloved guns for hunting, sport shooting, etc. If you don't like a candidate because of their stance on gun rights, then don't vote for them. That's how democracy works in this country.
