to obstruct and the only reason he didn't on a number of issues was because his people didn't do things he asked them to do.

It also doesn't clear him and his team on collusion. They just couldn't find sufficient evidence to prove it.

As far as proving we need to do more to stop influence campaigns in the future, most of us already knew that. Trump was the one denying there was an influence campaign that supported him and against Hillary but a lot of people already knew that because we listened to the warnings and didn't rely on propaganda on places like Facebook and Twitter where the propaganda spread like wildfire.
