against the Twin Cities. This is definitely government over-reach. I don't see any fascist shenanigans going on here. Why is everything due to the actions of fascists and liberal fascists (whoever they are)? Probably someone on the Election Board thought this was a nifty idea to increase voter participation and didn't think through the legalities of such a measure. They'll lose in court, and I hope the Twin Cities is made to pay the landlords' court costs too.
