The case of Dostoevsky is especially spectacular considering the fact he did it before leftists ever established as a powerful global ideology.

Dostoevsky and Solzhenitsyn are both required reading in Russian high schools. Since 2010, 'Gulag' and I forget the other Solzhenitsyn, along with The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky.

Quite a bit different than the curricula in US high schools.
