I’d start the push to privatize the TSA for starters. Then I’d move to privatize all the park workers. The TSA in Kansas City is all private.

How about a permanent layoff of many nonessential govt workers! The cost savings in salaries, benefits and pensions will pay for the Wall, and continue to pay benefits thereafter (not to mention that the Wall itself is a literal investment in cost savings).
