Has Nancy Pelosi ever explained what she meant when she - said a wall is immoral?

Given that there are physical barriers at places along the border through which one must pass to enter the US or Mexico, how is an extension of those physical barriers immoral? Wouldn't that mean the existing barriers are immoral? Her blanket statement makes no sense.
