Which is .05 or you might even say not a drop in your system while driving. Most states are .08. In my opinion, other states will not follow because they end up hurting restaurants, bars, etc. which are actually a significant amount of revenue for certain locales. Not saying I agree with that. I never have just 1 drink, maybe 2 but I ask for a half shot of alcohol in each one. More than that, I NEVER drive. It is just too easy for me to get a ride so why risk it. Others may not feel the same because they want their car with them. I do know there are certain services who you will take you and your car home.
