people born here that are dependent. Part of it is laziness and part of it is the fact that people can't afford to survive on the low wages companies offer.
I've heard the term assimilate used on this board and other places referring to the clothes they wear, the language they speak and their religion. That is what I was referring to.
We are not the land of opportunity anymore because most people can't afford to because corporations have taken over and put the little guys out of business. In our "culture" if you are not a millionaire you don't have a lot of options. You can get an education or take up a trade but many can't afford to do that either, but then many on here knock the education system. I'm really glad some democrats are focusing on that. We need more education in our government.
