Reports say 20 of 26 fires have been set by arsonists.

CA in the 1990s had wildfires that destroyed almost 3000 structures and 25 people died then. Plus they had droughts. They have had controversial water rights issues since the turn of the 20th Century, diverting water from one place to another. The movie with Jack Nicholson called Chinatown addresses this.

I guess somehow all this will be Trump's fault.
