Who came up with that....made up numbers - sm

There is no data, no studies, no nothing just someone making up some numbers, obviously not a Kavanaugh supporter. Nobody knows what percentage rate someone will be falsely accused or who's daughter will be raped. It all depends on the circumstances happening at that time.

On the other hand, here's what we do know about what happened.

A man's life has been destroyed. Today I watched videos of people calling him a rapist. The saddest part of it was that he did not rape or assault anyone. He was not even there. Yet Trump haters kept spreading the lies. She got up and purgered herself. Falsely accused him of a crime he did not commit and now the PRESIDENT Trump haters keep repeating lies that were proven to be lies.

Whether you're a man or woman, how would you feel if someone accused you of something you did not do based on political motivation. The PRESIDENT Trump haters were going to block anyone he nominated. Anyone who is not communist and base their decisions on political motivation and not law. So, if you will, you go up for a position, the other side doesn't want you to get it because they hate the president. You've done a good job your whole life, you follow the laws, you even teach the laws, but they don't want you picked because the PRESIDENT picked you, so at the last minute they call you a rapist. They bring someone out saying you assaulted them at a party and you can prove that you were not even there. When that doesn't work then someone comes out and says you gang raped them. You're going through this thinking this has got to be nuts. So her story isn't working and they bring out another person accusing you of something you did not do. It's one person after another with the hopes that people will be stupid enough to start believing it. You have the background investigations you've been wanting, the FBI clears you, finds you didn't do any of these things, they can't find any witnesses that place you at these events or anything, but the crowd keeps getting worked up calling you a rapist. Or how about if they were calling you a murderer or something even worse. You're going through life, doing the right thing and being falsely accused. You get upset and are trying to protect your family, clear your name and the other side then launches in that now you are mean.

So due to the actions of Ford, men are now most likely 80% chance of being accused of a crime they did not commit. There is no percentage of whether or not a woman will be assaulted. It depends on the situation they are in at the time. If you are walking down a dark street alone or going to parties and getting drunk wearing revealing clothing then yes, your chances are greater than say someone who stays home or is going to night school or whatever. In other words if you put yourself in the wrong spot and it's the wrong time, your chances increase. But that's not saying it will happen. In other words you are more likely to be falsely accused of something you didn't do. You do know that not all men are rapists or assaulters.
