No male executive is going to have a 1:1 meeting with a female subordinate. It's too much of a risk. That hurts women.
Women won't be able to get private feedback on their ideas. Even if it's a phone call. Men have lost their jobs after being accused of making inappropriate comments to women. They won't be able to make business relationships as easily as their male coworkers. They won't be invited to after-work parties or "power" lunches.
One year of #MeToo. Good job! How many years have women been set back in the workplace?
