no one is going to be confirmed without legal qualifications. Apparently one cannot even be a little bit tongue-in-cheek on this board without being attacked. My point was that the party in power doesn't care if the allegations are true or false or whether there was a thorough investigation. They will confirm anyone the president names simply because of their party affiliation. It seemed that Kavanaugh was qualified but his demeanor during the hearings should have given one pause as to whether he has the right temperament to be on the SC.
